Washington, DC --- Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, a senior member of the Florida Congressional Delegation, will be meeting next week of October 12th with a Delegation of officials from the Florida Keys to discuss issues important to them and to the Congresswoman. Ileana’s staff has also arranged a meeting between the Delegation and FEMA regarding the vexing issue of downstairs enclosures.

The Delegation includes Mayor George Neugent, Commissioner Heather Carruthers, Commissioner Mario Di Gennaro, Roman Gastesi, Lisa Tennyson, and Bob Schillinger. The Congresswoman and the visiting Keys Delegation will discuss downstairs enclosures, wastewater funding, the US Army Corps of Engineers and other important Monroe County issues.

The meeting with the Florida Keys Delegation will be held next Wednesday, October 14th at 2:30 PM at Congresswoman Ros-Lehtinen’s Washington, DC office.
