Miami, Florida --- Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, a senior member of the Florida Congressional Delegation, will be participating this upcoming Monday, October 26th in a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new locale of the Miami Passport Agency as well as attending the swearing-in ceremony for two new lawyers. One of the new attorneys, Ms. Yara Lorenzo, is a former staffer and volunteer of the Congresswoman whose work is highly appreciated by Ileana and her staff.

On Monday at 10:00 AM, Ileana will be participating in a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the opening of the Miami Passport Agency at its new locale at the Omni Center in downtown Miami. The Congresswoman will speak and tour the facility. Also present for this important South Florida event will be top State Department officials, and other elected officials from South Florida, as well as Regional Director of the Miami Passport Agency, Ryan M. Dooley, who is doing an outstanding job at the Agency. The address of the new location of the Miami Passport Agency is 1501 Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 210, in the Omni Center.

At12 Noon, Ileana will be present for the swearing-in ceremony of two new attorneys. Dante Trevisani and Ms. Yara Lorenzo will be sworn-in by Senior Federal Judge James Lawrence King. Yara is a former staffer of the Congresswoman’s who is loved and missed by the staff and Ileana. All of them are proud of her achievements. The swearing-in ceremony will take place at the James Lawrence King Federal Justice Building, located at 99 NE 4 Street, Miami.
