Ros-Lehtinen Comments On The Passing Of Aquarius Diver Dewey Smith

Washington, DC --- Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen issued the following statement upon learning of the passing of Dewey Smith, a member of the Aquarius Underwater Research Laboratory.
“My heart goes out to Dewey Smith’s family during this unfathomably difficult time. I had the pleasure of meeting Dewey during my visit to NOAA’s Aquarius facility last year. He was a delightful young man, full of energy and enthusiasm. I know that he will be greatly missed by his colleagues at Aquarius and countless others who knew him.”
